Swapping or giving away a shift

1. 1Open the shift in My shifts and press Trade this shift.
2. 2To give it away, tick one or more teammates - the list starts with people in the same role, and you can narrow it by skills. The first to accept takes it forward.
3. 3To swap, pick one teammate and one of their shifts.
4. 4Your teammate accepts or declines, then a manager approves.

Nothing moves until it’s approved, and you’re told at each step. If you asked several people, the others are told it’s been taken.
