Approving shift trades

Trades waiting for approval show on your dashboard, on the rota, and under More, then Shift trades - those waiting for you first, with a search by either person’s name.

Approving moves the shifts on the rota and tells both people; nobody’s reliability is affected. You can’t approve a trade you’re part of. Trades close by themselves if a shift changes or starts.
