The manager’s log

Under More, then Manager’s log, press Add to the log: pick the store, a category, a short description and the details.

• Store managers and franchisees write it; the store’s managers, its franchisee and head office read it.
• Anyone who can read it can mark an entry resolved. Filter by category.
• Entries can’t be edited or deleted; each shows who wrote it and who resolved it.
• Head office chooses the categories in Setup, then Manager’s log categories.
