No. Sign up with your name, email and organisation and you are straight in with everything switched on. Add payment details whenever you are ready during the 30 days - you won’t be charged until the trial ends.
If you have added payment details, nothing changes - your plan simply starts. If you haven’t, your organisation becomes read-only: everyone can still sign in and see everything, nothing is deleted, and adding payment brings it all back instantly.
