Sending a broadcast
An announcement to your team - who can send one, and who gets it.
- A store manager reaches the team of the store they’re working in.

- Head office reaches everyone, or chosen stores.
A store’s team is the staff whose home store it is, plus its managers. You see how many people a broadcast will reach before you send it. Broadcasts arrive in the app with an alert, can’t be replied to or unsent, and head office can see every one.
