How matching works
Who Looper shows a shift to, how they’re ranked, and why someone was left out.
Everyone in the network is checked against the shift. People are left out if they:
- don’t hold the role, or a required skill;
- are outside their travel radius;
- have marked themselves unavailable, or are already working then;
- want more than the most you’ll pay;
- aren’t verified;
- are kept to their own store’s shifts.
The rest are ranked on how well their availability fits, distance, reliability, ratings, whether they know the store, and rate.
The shift page lists who is matched and the main reasons, and who was left out and why. Head office can tune the weights in Setup, then Matching.
Someone close to a working-time limit stays in the list with a warning - it’s your call.
