The wider network
Keeping a store’s shifts and staff to its own team - or opening them up.
Two switches in Network setup, set for the group, then each brand, then each store - each level follows the one above unless changed there:
- Offer shifts to the wider network - off means the store’s extra shifts only go to its own team, and its team can’t pick up extra shifts at other stores.
- Find staff in the wider network - off means its managers and franchisee see their own team only on Find staff. Head office always sees everyone.
The wider network is anyone outside the store, including other stores in the same brand. Changing the offer switch re-matches open extra shifts.
