Inviting someone and counteroffers
Ask a particular person, and agree a rate.
Open the shift and invite someone from its list of matches. They get an offer they can accept, decline or counter, up to the most you set. You can accept their rate, decline, or counter back.
Every step is kept on the offer, and once a rate is accepted it’s fixed on the confirmed shift.
If the person you want isn’t in the list, they usually don’t hold the role, are outside their radius, or aren’t available then.
