What if nobody applies?
Ways to reach more people, and what happens to an unfilled shift.
- Invite matched people directly from the shift page.
- Raise the priority so matched staff are alerted.
- Raise the rate or widen the travel radius on the shift.
A shift that reaches its response deadline or start time without being filled closes on its own. If someone stood down, it goes back to unfilled and you can put it back out from its page.
