Your data: download or erase it
Download everything Looper holds about you, or ask for your details to be erased.
On My passport, under Your data:
- Download everything we hold gives you a file of your account, passport, shifts, messages and more.
- Erase my details removes your name, contact details, date of birth and emergency contact, and closes your account. Records the law requires your employer to keep - such as the shifts you worked and what they paid - stay, under "Former colleague".
Erasing can’t be undone. It signs you out for good. If you only want to stop being offered shifts, clear your availability instead.
