Alerts and notifications
Where Looper tells you things, and how you hear about them.
Alerts (top right) lists everything Looper has told you - new shifts matched to you, offers, rota changes, messages, tasks and more. The number shows how many you haven’t read; open one to go straight to what it is about.
Some alerts also come by email or as a phone notification. Which events go where is set for your organisation by head office (Setup, then Notifications).
- Planned extra shifts come in a daily summary rather than one alert each.
- Urgent and emergency shifts alert matched staff straight away.
- If an urgent shift is stood down, the people alerted are told it’s over.
