What is Looper?

Looper connects the stores in your network so a shift that needs covering at one store can be filled by trained people from the others - people who already work for you. Alongside that, it runs the everyday side of shifts: the rota, clocking in and out, timesheets, messages and tasks.

What it does

• The rota - each store builds its week, publishes it, and the team accept their shifts on their phones.
• Extra shifts - a store posts a shift and Looper matches it to the right people across the network: the right role and skills, close enough, free then, and happy with the rate.
• Clocking - on a phone, or at a shared store tablet with a personal PIN.
• Hours and pay - both sides confirm the hours, extra time is agreed, and timesheets download for payroll.
• Messages, trades and tasks - shift chat, direct messages, broadcasts, swapping shifts, and jobs for the team.
• Reports - fill rate, labour against sales and working-time limits across every store.

Who uses it

Everyone has a level: staff work shifts; store managers run a store (or several, as a regional manager); franchisees own one or more franchises; and head office sets Looper up for the whole group, or for one brand. Each level sees what fits their job, and nothing more. See Who can see what.
