Forgot your password
Reset it from the sign-in page with a link sent to your email.
- 1On Sign in, press Forgot your password?
- 2Enter your email address. If it has a Looper account, a reset link is on its way.
- 3Open the link and choose a new password.
The link works once and expires after a short time. Setting a new password signs you out everywhere else.
Nothing arrived? Check your junk folder, and that you typed the address you registered with. Your manager or head office can also send you a reset email from People.
If you receive a reset email you didn’t ask for, ignore it - your password hasn’t changed. If it keeps happening, tell your manager.
