Rota shifts and extra shifts
The difference between your store’s regular shifts and shifts from the network.
- Rota shifts are your own store’s regular weekly shifts. They pay the rate your manager sets for you and aren’t rated.
- Extra shifts are posted to the network and matched to you. Their rate can be negotiated, and both sides rate each other afterwards.
Both count toward your reliability.
