Working-time settings
The UK and USA rule sets, and switching checks off for a brand.
Setup, then Working time (group head office).
- UK: the weekly limit and its averaging period, and the limits for under 18s.
- USA: the overtime warning, and the limits for 14 and 15 year olds, including school-day hours and the summer evening limit.
- Whether each brand uses the checks at all. Opt-outs are kept if they’re switched back on.
Each store follows one set, chosen in Network setup. Someone working UK and US stores in the same week is held to the stricter number for each limit.
