- Premium on agreed extra time - 150% (time and a half) to start with, anywhere from 100% to 300%. Group head office sets the group’s; brands and stores can have their own.
- Location check - off, record only, or must be at the store, with the distance in miles. Group head office only.
The premium is fixed on each shift when its extra time is agreed, so changing it later doesn’t rewrite past pay.
