The location check when clocking

If head office has the location check on, your phone asks to share its location at the moment you press Clock in or Clock out - only then.

• Record only - clocking from further away than the set distance is flagged to your manager.
• Must be at the store - clocking from further away isn’t allowed.

Looper stores only how far away you were, never where you were. Your phone’s own accuracy counts in your favour.

For head office

Turn it on in Setup, then Extra time and clocking, and set the distance in miles (0.5 miles to start with). Flagged times show beside the clock times on the shift and on Timesheets.
