Levels, regional managers and franchisees
Changing someone’s level, and what each level can do.
- Staff work shifts.
- Store manager runs one store - or several, shown as a regional manager, one at a time with the store picker.
- Franchisee owns one or more franchises and sees their stores.
- Head office - for the whole group, or one brand.
Change someone’s level on People, up to your own. A store manager can also work shifts, and switches between Working and Managing at the top.
Each brand can rename the levels and take capabilities away with a tick-box grid - see Levels and permissions.
