Inviting people
Invite staff, managers, franchisees and head office by email.
- 1Open People and use Invite someone at the top.
- 2Enter their name and email, pick their level and their store (or franchise).
- 3Send. They get an email to set their password - the link lasts 14 days.
- Store managers invite staff to their own store.
- Franchisees and head office invite at their own level or below.
- Head office is invited for the whole group or for one brand.
- A store manager can look after several stores (a regional manager).
If email isn’t reaching someone, the invitation link is shown so you can pass it on yourself.
