Covering gaps on the rota

A shift someone can’t do shows as Can’t do it, and an open shift nobody has taken as Open to the team. The rota points out uncovered shifts in the next few days.

• Click the shift to give it to somebody else.
• If your team can’t cover it, press Offer to the network. It becomes an extra shift matched across the network like any other, carrying the original person’s skills.
• Mark it Emergency to alert matched staff straight away.
