Suggested rotas
Let Looper draft the week from the last four weeks at the store.
Open the week and press Suggest this week. Looper looks at the last four weeks at the store and drafts the shifts that keep coming up, each with the person who usually works it - as long as they are available that day, not already working then, and within their weekly hours.
- Anything it can’t fill is left open, with the reason.
- They are drafts: change anything, or undo the whole suggestion, before you publish.
- With less than four weeks of rota it uses what it has. Only published weeks count.
The more weeks you build in Looper, the better the suggestions get.
