Confirming hours after a shift
Both sides confirm what was worked; close enough and the shift completes.
After a shift, the staff member and the store each confirm the hours actually worked. Clocked times are filled in to start with.
- Within 15 minutes of each other - the shift completes.
- Further apart - it’s marked disputed, and either side proposes corrected hours for the other to agree.
Rota shifts pay their rostered hours, with any time beyond that as extra time. Extra shifts pay the hours both sides confirmed.
