When the trial ends
With a card, nothing changes. Without one, Looper becomes read-only - nothing is deleted.
Head office gets an email a week before the trial ends, the day before, and when it ends.
- Card added - your plan simply starts.
- No card - your organisation becomes read-only. Everyone can still sign in and see everything, but nothing new can be posted or changed, on phones or the store tablet. A red strip at the top says so.
Nothing is deleted. As soon as head office adds payment details, everything is back.
Staff and managers can’t pay - if Looper is read-only, let your head office know.
