Sales and labour
Enter daily sales and see labour as a share of them.
On Sales (under More): one figure per store per day, gross before VAT, typed in day by day. Future days are locked.
Each day shows labour as a percentage of sales; the week shows sales, labour % and sales per labour hour. The Network page shows the same for any period.
Head office can upload a spreadsheet (date, store, gross sales) for many stores at once. It’s checked and shown line by line before anything is saved.
